There are several constants in smart marketing -- from ads to direct mail, interactive to inserts:
- Thought-provoking headlines that intrigue customers and/or summarize the product's benefits and offer.
- Engaging copy that reflects the tone of the product and overtly or subtly asks the reader to respond.
- Eye-catching visuals that leave a lasting impression, and in the case of direct marketing, make it obvious how the reader can get the product.
These main attributes are evident in all my work from ads down to the smallest banner. Finding a unique way to sell product, promote its benefits and get an immediate response is a daily challenge that keeps me on my feet and is evident in my portfolio.
